Purple Flowers

The Pic: Purple Flowers

These are some pretty purple flowers I discovered one day while walking along the Boulder Creek Trail. This was shortly after we had purchased our camera and so I thought it would be fun to experiment with a very shallow focus. Flowers naturally lend themselves to this as they are usually very small. Most of my shots didn’t focus where I had intended but this one came out quite nicely.
